February (!) Float trip: “Riverwood” to Lake of the Woods

Join us for a float trip on the Sangamon River. Free kayaks and canoes available to anyone interested.

We will depart from Riverwood (Scott’s place on the river) at 11 am.

If you’d like to park your car at the endpoint, be at the parking lot just beyond the Izaak Walton Cabin at Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve by 10:30 am to catch the shuttle ride back up.
