RiverWatch Monitoring – Wildcat Slough
May 16 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Volunteers who participate in RiverWatch monitoring will collect macroinvertebrates (water bugs) from the Wildcat Slough. The macroinvertebrates collected, along with the habitat information, will be used to help determine the health of the stream. No previous knowledge or experience is necessary. The events are designed for everyone, whether you have a biology degree or simply want to understand your local watershed better. This event is free for participants, but it does require registration. If you would like to register or if you have any further questions, please email Bruce Colravy at bmcolravy@msn.com.
