Join us for an afternoon of removing the invasive bush honeysuckle plant from the Sangamon Greenway, at the northeast corner of the Mahomet’s Hwy 47 and the Sangamon River.
Meetup in the parking lot just north of the Sangamon bridge on the east side. No special training or ability required. Bring your own tree/bush removal tools or use some of ours (handsaws, clippers, shears, loppers). Bring gloves and wear clothing and shoes that can get dirty or muddy.
We will do this safely—limiting our group to a maximum of 10 persons and maintaining our 6-foot social distance. Bring your mask!
