DESCRIPTION:Volunteers who participate in RiverWatch monitoring will collect macroinvertebrates (water bugs) from the Sangamon River and describe the physical condition of the river habitat to help determine its health. No previous knowledge or experience is necessary. The events are designed for everyone\, whether they have a biology degree or simply want to understand their local watershed better.
